Julianne Moore

Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actor who has received critical recognition for her talent. She's the daughter of a Sagittarius born on December 3 1960, in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three children, and was the daughter of Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. The mother of her child Anne is a psychotherapist. She's of English as well as Scottish heritage. Her father was a professional and often moved her family. It was a struggle to make and keeping friendships. Moore began acting in plays after she relocated with her family members to Germany. In 1983, she earned the Bachelor of Fine Arts at Boston University. A thesis on Theater. Moore made the move to New York after graduating and began her career with off-broadway theater. Moore first appeared on the episode The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. The episode aired in 1986. she took on the role of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). It was her big breakthrough. In 1988 she was an actor in the series and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made her cinematic debut in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie which she later called a terrible low-budget film. Short Cuts (1997) and 3 Women (1993), both Robert Altman productions, were her first film. Her performance in the critically-acclaimed short-cuts (1993) was rewarded with several nominations. Moore had her debut main character in Safe(1995). Steven Spielberg, who was producer of Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of that year's biggest grossing films, had Moore cast as the lead actress. She starred in Magnolia (1999) and received a favourable review and earned a SAG nod for her role. She co-starred with Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep along with other actors for The Hours, which was awarded nine times at the Academy Awards. Moore has also starred in The Forgotten (2004), Freedomland 2006, Shelter 2010, etc. Moore was a part of Non-Stop (2014). Moore has been featured in many television and film productions. In the most recent, she appeared as the lead in When You Finish Saving The World (2022). Her acting career in Hollywood is well established and she is also a published children's novelist. In 2007, she published Freckleface Strawberry, which became a New York Times bestseller. Best-seller, it was also adapted into series and a music. In 2013, Moore published My Mother Is a Stranger. Moore has a public life as a renowned writer and actress. Moore got married John Robin back in 1984, and the couple divorced in the year 1996. Bart Freundlich is the father of two of her children. Moore's life revolves around her family friends and career.
